When using /ban or /pardon, you don't need that plugin 
Unless if you want /unban then use it

My server goes up for like five seconds and shuts down.

Someone that was a Helper said that Aternos is fixing the problem where the server goes up and then shuts down quickly,but I guess It's already fixed.

Hm? Aternos is not the reason why your server is stopping. Maybe you putted some worlds which is not compatible woth the server versio or you uploaded a plugins which is not working or malignyour server stops there are many reasons why xd
