new and cant reach server

    I am new to this server thing so i'm going to go into detail to explain my problem.
    Problem:
    I have installed the tekkit classic 3.1.2 version ( which i have open ) and then started the server. The status of the server goes to *Starting...* and then eventually to *Online* I tried both the IP and the Dyn IP and yet it doesn't work ( know the dyn ip changes and yet it still doesn't work). Both say *can't reach server* and when i try to direct connect, it says *End of stream*, also, when i don't connect, the status of my server goes to *offline*, (i assume because noone joined). Please help, if you need any extra info, ill answer asap(As Soon As Possible).

    It looks normal, but your server has stopped after he is started. Please reinstall your server! But than your settings and the map were deleted if you reset the server. Try it

    I have re installed the server and then reset the settings, off course making sure it is tekkit version 3.1.2, and I still cant connect to server Using the new Dyn ip or the normal IP. :(

    And THIS is the error caused by the modpack which we can't fix. Maybe someone else knows how to fix this problem server wide?
