I'm in the US. My friend (from Canada) is hosting a server with Aternos and when I try to connect, I get this message. I didn't get this at all yesterday. Are we now restricted from these servers?

No. Please download your map and get the pluginname (if you play bukkit) than reinstall your server and upload your map with the new button.

I really can't explain why this happens, but maybe this has something to do with our DDoS-protection CloudFlare or our servers are blocked by your country because of the law (which I couldn't explain why).
Or maybe it's really just a plugin...

It can't be Cloudflare, there is no block of whole countries possible.
It must be a plugin, which blocks special countries, because also the normal server softwares have no possibility to block whole countries from playing. So it would be very helpful to give us the username of the person who hosts the server (optional with pn for privacy) so we can have a closer look on it. -

He removed them all at once and I was able to connect to the server fine. I don't know what plug-in is causing this.
