I currently have 2 server backups saved of 2 different worlds. If I revert to the old backup, will the newer backup be deleted/overwritten?

If you recover a backup the other backups keep untouched.
However please note that our backups feature does not contain only one world, it contains your complete server.
That means all worlds, all plugins and other server data.
