    If you used version 1.13, then do not be surprised that all of you disappeared because this version 1.13 Bukkit and Spigot is broken so I advise you to move to version 1.12 Bukkit or Spigot.

    You can start rebuilding everything on version 1.12, so all your effort is not over yet, it's how you set up and build the entire server from zero to the end.
