you know when mojang made 1.13 if you have 60 fps it will becomes 20 fps
ok i update to 1.13.1 its less laggy when use /locate the server turns off
spigot say stopping the server or something in the console so i dont use it but why its turns off
is it bacause it load a lot of chunks to locate anyhing or what?

That's just 1.13. We can not do anything about that.

The 1.13 builds of spigot are still in development and unstable. Bugs may occur.
