Server Problems

Hello, I have been using your service to play [lexicon]Minecraft[/lexicon] on my server called TeamPastel for quite some time now with my friends. And all of a sudden it re-loaded (downloaded) a different map terrain. I would like to have our original map back to what we had on Friday night. It got all messed up Saturday morning when I attempted to sign on..

Thank you. I have attempted that but, it seems that Aternos is just continuing to try and "load"
Just says "waiting on Aternos" in the bottom left of my browser. It dosent do anything.

Ok, so now it seems I have ran into another problem. Im trying to upload the server that I downloaded off the site. Its what we have been working on, and I was saving it after every day we played. The server messed up again, even after we fixed it this last time by using the backup button. And the download file wont take. It told me that its to big. So, what do I do now? Is my server, and hard work lost?
