My server can't start since aprox. 1 month

Hello! I have a [lexicon]Minecraft[/lexicon] Server on the account with the user Mrelly911 on aternos.org. The server IP is Mrelly911.aternos.me and since 1 month or longer my server can't start. I press the start button, i open the console i watch the server starting in the console, and finally it says "Done!" and on the My Server Board the servers appears as Online and slots 0/2. When i try to connect to my server ( i tried from 5 different computers and IPs) it says can't rezolve hostname and the error is Connection refused: No further information: offline.aternos.org/185.10.71.247:25565. I reinstalled my server completely with a new map and no plugins and i have the same problem. the server is running on CraftBukkit 172 RO3 Beta.
1 month ago, the server had the same settings, and i was playing with my friends without any problems. Please help me. Thank you! Mrelly911
