Server wont start

So, i've done some research and it turns out that if i try and make a server with nothing it works, as soon as i add forge (not even any mods) it stops before it can even start, help

i've tried on 2 different accounts too, nothing worked

Forge 1.12.2
i plan to use lucraft core,speedster heroes and heroes expansion, but it immidieatly stops with just forge
It INSTANTLY stops, it dosent even get to start

the log is too long so i cant really reply with it
