Hello, i am i player who happens to use aternos.Aternos has realy helped me for a lond time,playing with my friends, building and more.This month i decided with a friend of mine to make a map.We have done so much progress and it took us alot of time playing.But these days my server wont start and i can't download the map!I want to play again or at least have the map so i can know it is safe.Please if you wish and have time,can you please check this out?I am waiting for your answer!Thank you.

It was right what you did, but normally it should show you the log. Can you tell me your username please? You can send me a private message if you don't want your username to be public.

I guess your world is currently hosted on a fileserver which is unavailable at the moment. Just wait till the fileserver is available again. Alternatively you can reinstall your server, but all your progress will be gone then!
