"server.proprieties" - I need to set up!

    Hello,
    I have one question, and it is quite necessary: there is no way to access the server.proprieties without the site? I need to change one of the options there, and as I have no access, my server can not stand how I wanted ... I wanted to disable the "announce-achievements-player = true" (which is in this file) to "false" and ... without accessing that file i can't do it. :(
