    A person told me that Aternos and sponsor are not able to add plugins that are not on Aternos servers, is this true?

    So you're either asking

    A. Users cannot add plugins not available on the list

    or

    B. How to add/request a plugin/mod/modpack to be added?


    For both, you'd just request the item on the forums under their tab
