I double and triple checked the world files were .Zip and under 50MB. Everytime I try to upload a world onto the server it gives me Fatal Error (NoUpload) even the worlds I uploaded less than a week ago are not working.
Can somebody help me?

It doesn't matter wether you zip the world data directly or you zip the folder which contains the world data. Sometimes I was wrong, too

I can upload the maps fine so I do not know whats happening to you.
I am also using Chrome. -
Is the map you're trying to upload a flat map (Do you think it was generated as a flat map)?
If yes, you have to set your server to flat first. Create a new world and choose "FLAT" as world generator. Create the new world, upload your custom world after that and try it again.

Maybe if you trust somebody that can upload worlds you can let them upload it for you.
