Hi, I'm new to aternos. I built a server, and I spent a bunch of time building. I saved my world and backed it up, but when I returned the next day, all the building/mining had disappeared! How do I restore from my backup?

There is a separate forums section for english users.I saved my world and backed it up
The server is backed up automatically. Do you even read? The orange backup button is for restoring backups, not for creating backups.
