Hey it always took about a minute to start my server but today it takes about 40 minutes is it because you changed the database and it's only today or will it stay like this?

First, you even don't know what exactly changed with our new datacenter.
Second, you absolutely don't know how much work it is to keep that all up and running. There is so much which happens behind the scenes which can not be seen publicly by the users. Also creating new features isn't as easy as snipping with fingers.
Third, Before you talk about something was better before you may have to concretize what you are talking about and what was better before.
