Server goes through queue, starts and stops.

    I'm trying to start up my server and whenever I do so it goes through the queue, then says starting, and after about a minute or two it says stopping. I've done this process about four times, and am curious what's going on.


    Here are the mods I have installed (it's in 1.7.10):
