Immersive Railroading Resource pack

I have been recently trying some mods on my server, and I want to expand my building possibilities on this mod by installing a resource pack. The problem is that I tried with the "link-dropbox" method but it doesn't work because the resource pack must be installed in the folder in config/immersive-railroading, and I don't know how to drop the files in the folder.

so I can't copy paste files from my computer to config folders?
