i have essentials installed on my server, as well as essentials x. i cannot do @a (e.g /give @a bow) as it just says Error: Player Not Found. Additionally, de-oped players cannot do /sethome, /warp, /home and most importantly, /tell. One of my plugins must be overriding these commands but I'm not sure which one. If anyone has a solution please let me know. My Essentials-related plugin list is attached as well. Thank you!

Use EssentialsX and use lucky perms or permissionsX or any other perms plugin and add permissions of commands you want to default group

Get rid of EssentialsAntiBuild. Too many issues
Also, realize that if I'm correct, the /give command requires more parameters than the given item and destination. Try typing /give on its own and checking them yourself.
And yes, please install a perm plugin, and assign permissions to roles as you please

You cannot use @a, @p, @s, @r, @p when EssentialsX installed
You have to put "/give <name> bow", don't put "/give @a bow"
If you want to let deop players use /warp, /sethome, /home,...
you need a Permissions plugin (like Twenty said)
