I was resetting my server (Deleting the spawn and stuff) and when it reset, everything is now Giberish I think? What the heck happened?!?! Help please.

Are you using a bukkit server? If yes it might be because Aternos servers are in Germany. You can set then back to English or any other languages in the config of the plugins.

Try going to the locale config.yml to change the locale to En. Go to the essentials folder in files and plugins then click on config.yml. Do Crtl+F and search up locale:. Change the language and it should look like "locale: en" with no # on that line ONLY.
