Hey guys, I logged onto the website today and went onto my server. I pressed "Start" and when I logged on everything had disappeared...
I tried the back-up and it was the same...

Try to restore a backup in the web interface, but wait some minutes before you start your server. In addition, download your world regularly in future to prevent another loss of your world.
