Add Agrarian Skies and a question

Alright, so I've noticed that besides me quite a few people are asking for Agrarian Skies to be an added modpack, and so far, the closest to a download I have seen, an official one, is to actually download the modpack by using the ftb launcher. http://feed-the-beast.com/modpacks/AgrarianSkiesHQ That page is the closest to a download I have found, but it's just a launcher for ftb.

The section question is... what happened to the tekkit voltz modpack y'all used to have?

Oh, alright, I didn't know that. That sucks, but I get why it happened. Will people who still have that modpack installed be able to use it? (Probably not, but good to ask.)
