Sever issue with crafting recipes

I have a weird issue with my sever that randomly started to happen. Some of the crafting recipes are just broken, for example whenever I try to build a crafting table or boat it only makes a button, same goes for pumpkin pie. I put in all the stuff I need to make the pie but it only shows me pumpkin seeds. I've joined another personal sever of mine and didn't have the same issue, i've also tried googling the issue and have found nothing on this subject.
