    I have a little problem. I want to change my server from Forge to spigot and introduce a plugin in order to unlag the server because in last time a have a lot of lag. I have dowloaded my world, i prepared a back-up and i changed the server software but.. I can't upload the world back because it haves 226mb... It is another way to change software and keep the world or unlagging my server using a mod or something like that in forge software? Ignore gramatical mistakes... My native language is not English.

    Try to use MCEdit to remove unused chunks. This will lower the world size.
