I started my server,it is a 1.7.10 forge.I can t find the mod I want at the mods section.I have the mod in my pc in my minecraft folder(mods folder).The name of the mod is Naruto anime mod by Mathioks,I found a naruto mod at the mod section but not the one I want.Anyone can help?

However we can only add mods hosted on curseforge, unfortunately the Naruto mod is not hosted on there.
