Pleahe help me I need GroupManager plugin too mage a Group Admin/Moderator/Owner etc. Please give me and say how I can install him.

GroupManager isnt available because its not available at dev.bukkit.org.

But use Permissions Ex or another Permissions plugin

There is a separate forums section for English users.

You can use other permission managing plugins like PermissionsEX as an alternative.
