Plugin / Files Tab

Hello! I was watching the video on how to install plugins to your server, and when I went to do it, I realized that on my server dashboard, where the "server" "console" etc. tabs are, the tabs labeled "plugins" and "files" in the video aren't showing up for me. Am I missing something?
