I just started my server and I wanted to try out the Force Gamemode option. So I went to the options and turned it on. When I wanted to disable Force Gamemode, I turned it off, but I am not able to go into survival or spectator mode. I tried doing the commands through the console, but it still didn't work. No matter what I do, I cannot change gamemodes, and I know I disabled it in the options. It's been a few days now and I still haven't been able to figure out the issue. If you know a solution, please reply.

The force gamemode option means that your gamemode is set to the default gamemode when you join the server. It does not prohibit changing the gamemode in general.
Are you OP on your server? You need to be OP in order to change the gamemode.
