I join 1 time but kicked me and says server close how can I open it?

You can reopen your server by just clicking start again. If you want to know why your server stopped or why you got kicked then check the server log.

Did you try to join the server via the dynamic IP address?

yes i tried with dyn IP but says again java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused:no further information

Can you join others (Aternos) servers? Do you play with an original minecraft account?

no im cracked
Get an original [lexicon]Minecraft[/lexicon] account, then everything should work fine.
You can set your server to cracked mode alternatively, but I don't recommend doing this.
