I lost my best world and the backup brought back a super old world. What do I do???

    I dont Know what to do. Last night my server was working fine and then this morning the world disappeared. This was my favorite world to go on with my friends. Is there anyway I can get it back? If so then can someone please tell me. I tried using backups already so. Any other options? :(
