You can't get back on your server in Hardcore Mode. You have to reinstall it. If you wish to play without Hardcore disable it while generating the new world.

Use /pardon "Name", name is the player's name.

Actually you have to remove the player from the players.dat either which you normally cannot access on Aternos.
