I was looking for "quality of life" mods to play in my 1.14.4 server and I came across this one, named " Enchantments Exchanger.

Description: The mod is very simple. It adds two new types of enchanting tables (one of them is a portable version of the first one) that let's you extract enchanments from the selected item, and retrieve them as enchanted books.
