i have a problem with the mobs generation, i know or i inform myself and the problen is that the "view distance" is under 10 and it causes problems with mobs generation, so i want to know if someone can help me 'cause it's impossible to access to the "server.properties" that i know :c
That is not the problem. Low Mobspawn rates are a bug in 1.14.3 and 1.14.4. If you use 1.14.2 it should work.
If you want the normal view distance use paper as your software.
besides switching to 1.14.2? No.
