My Aternos account is not working

I did what the Aternos website said to do to fix my server by making a new account with the same name but its not working its saying that name and email is taken akready so plz can some one plz help me with getting server back thanks

i tried that already it didn't wok it is saying email and username are already taken

Yes but the message on the aternos website says every account made past January 3 has to sign up again and when i try it doesnt work by it saying this username is already taken. but if i dont have to do that then why is it not letting me go in my server it says the server is up when i try to go in it it says it was forced closed by he host but on the website it say the server is up.
