My Plugins Don't Work!

    Hello,
    I have a server and i have been trying to add plugins to it.
    I have Bukkit 1.8 and all the plugins are 1.8.1, its weird.
    I have tried re-installing and looking on the web. It is VERY frustrating :pinch: ?(
    please help!
