Why don't you just write in English then? We understand English fine, but we don't understand Google Translate, so please write your post in English again.
I think a karma system that would influence priority in queue would be a good idea, such as if a server turns off automatically due to not enough players being on would add a negative point and turning the server off manually after a set amount of playtime would add a positive karma point. Players with low karma are last in the queue and players with higher karma are first in the queue
