[Plugin Request] Obsidian Raider

Could you please add the Obsidian Raider plugin?

Obsidian Raider allows server admins to change the health of any block they wish. This allows obsidian bunkers to be destroyed by TNT, iron blocks to act as armor, and much more. Its really useful for Faction servers.
