Betweenlands Items fail to show up

I am playing a 1.7.10 modded world and I am able to start the server and log on successfully. Once in the world I went into nei and found that nothing from the Betweenlands loaded in, I then went to a single player world (all same mod versions) and everything loaded fine. I went back on to the server and looked through the creative inventory to see if the tabs for Betweenlands were available and they are but when I click on them there are no items inside the tabs. I haven't messed with the configs either. I am using the 1.0.0 alpha version, even though its in alpha let me remind you that it only has a problem on the server. Please Advise.
