kit PVP and WorldGuard Dont work well togheter

Hello i have a server that has worldguard and kit pvp. i use worldguard for protecting certain areas meanwhile i use Kit pvp for the kits and kit selector gui and stuff like that. But KitPvp over writes worldguard in certain cases for example i have a lobby where you shouldnt be able to pvp but after someone has selected a kit with KitPvp you can hit people in the lobby plz help.
