It's called ProjectE aether addon

Basically what it does is, that it connects Aether 2 and ProjectE. There is a block called Coin Mill which allows you to convert Aether Coins into Alchemical Coin items which can be turned into EMC, or converted back into Aether Coins. Which allows you to store them.
