Can someone help me please? It won't let me collect the meat of any animals, it gives me JUST the exp... And I will try and collect dirt or what-not and it will destroy the block, but it won't give me the dirt...

You could try to run your server with Spigot instead. What Plugins do you have installed? Does it work in Vanilla?
