Villagers breed dont work, cant spawn them

Hello, i have a 2 villagers, i gave them food, and placed the beds, they start too breed, i see hearts and new baby villager just disappeared.

And also i cant spawn them with the eggs, i heard them sounds 1 time, and they are just gone

I deleted all plugins

Im just checked NPC on the host and my version is 1.14.4
