Command blocks on maps not working

I tried downloading some maps to my server and everything was downloading fine, but when I loaded up the world, none of the command blocks were working. I then tried the maps on my single player world and it worked. Is this how aternos is right now, or am I missing something obvious and doing it wrong? Thank for answering!
