Can not change server (no arrow icon)

My friend sent me this picture, in my Aternos I just have the middle icon as said on the first message

I have access to their. It just doesn't appear on Aternos. So I'm here to know how to solve this

So if I'm on the whitelist on an other server, why it doesn't appear on my Aternos ?

I have access, I'm on the serv right now. The problem is just, it's not on my Aternos so I can not start the serv by myself.

Only because you can join a server that forsnt mean you should be able to manage it and how should aternos know what account your minecraft name belongs to?

He is a helper because he's valuable to the community. He's helped out around on the forums and discord actively and still does, including helped you. He's been friendly to people, and helper is often a reward for that. Either way, he's tried to help you. If that's the thanks he gets for even trying, I don't think he should be helping you anymore then.

I can thanks because my problem is solved now. But the two first messages he sent were not help but more condescension. Anyway, I will not stay on this first experience, thanks and have a good day
