[Mod Request] Pich

Hello Aternos Team,

Could you please add the mod "Pich"?

Pich adds the possibility to share images on the server. It is simpler than ImageUtils but it work on Forge 1.7.10, unlike ImageUtils, which is only for 1.12.2 yet.
