Disintegrating Backpack

So I have the Improved Backpacks mod and I'm out exploring and my armor and entire inventory is replaced by the items in the backpack, and I'm not sure how I could get my stuff back

First of all, does that mod have its own issue tracker instead of using aternos forums? If so, you'd get better responses using that.
Second of all, just cheat it back in if it's your server.
