Lag with more than one person

    I have a 1.7.10 server running kinda crazy craft. I have an issue where if there's only one person on the server it is perfectly fine and lag free, but as soon as a 2nd person logs on, the server instantly becomes immensely laggy and disconnects both players within seconds. The server worked fine for a few hours then started running into this problem.
