Help with Towny like plugins?

    So, I just make a 1.15.2 vanilla server into a one with plugins, so I need help with finding a plugin that is like Towny, I essentially need something to create protected lands, and the one I tried (Civs) needed vault, that was outdated so I need a little help with this.thankyo
