hey there I just started using aternos server but after I created my own server and started I couldn't jion
everytime its just saying encrypting and then couldn't identify the username and on the browser it's saying close your adblocker and i don't use it
if anyone can help with this please let me know I really need it
i assume with ''identify username'' you mean the ''unable to verify username'' error:

and regarding the adblocker:
SOMETHING is blocking your ads when you get that message. If you are sure its not your adblock it can be any number of other things. Your antivirus/firewall, your tracking cookie settings in the browser, another extension/application you installed in the browser, something in your network stopping ads(like a pi-hole), your router etc. We cant really tell you what, since this is in your end.
