help there are problems with multiverse

the multiverse portals plugin has a problem. when i make a portal it says "an internal portal has occured while attemting to preform this command. i already looked up the solution but it didnt work WTF is wrong plz help me.

it is compatible because it worked until the hacker had messed with us ive already deleted and reinstalled the plugin but it just wont work
