server crash

Please help server keeps crashing. here is the log https://mclo.gs/jHY0aX1 the mods run fine on my mc but the server cannot run them for some reason

the issue is i dont want to remove Applied energistics,and im not quite sure why its crashing i have removed the others tho and am attempting to start the server again
